Hello! Welcome! I’d offer you some tea, but alas, you can’t come into my home. I’d offer you a piece of cake, but that’s the stuff of dreams at this time. I’ll settle for writing funny blogs about living through a pandemic. Maybe they’ll be serious at times, that’s inevitable. I can be pretty ranty, but I’m wanting to try for cheerful…I think. I like being absurd, because life is absurd. Just like in a cartoon, I can picture us walking merrily along a cobbled path, whistling a tune and grinning in the spring sunshine as we smile at the daffodils, only for a random glacier of the dreaded aviatory blue ice to bounce right off our heads and hurtle on to its next victim. That’s kind of how life seems to be, wouldn’t you admit.
